An iOS-style switch whose knob squashes along its travel and lays the accent fill down under itself as a hard-edged bloom — and takes it back up on the way home.

A single-word theme pill: the accent thumb crosses the track and drags the night layer behind it while the word rolls, letter by letter, from Light to Dark.

An eclipse orb: the disc is the celestial body itself — a night face slides across the sun with a hard terminator while night spreads over the page outward from the orb.
